ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

CCB, I am planning on sending mine tomorrow too. I am still not done with the photos. Hopefully I will have photos done this evening (as I do them myself at home and go to walmart to print them). SRI, I think we are supposed to write our full name (applicant's full name) in that space. That is...

ONLY - Who submitted CIC-AINP(SRS-U.S. Visa Holder Category) application

cchabert (we are going to call you "CCB" now as your username is pretty hard to spell) It is not a form. It is just a page with fees list and instruction on the back. The fees are paid only for you and your wife unless your kids are 18 or 22 years old. I doubt you have a kid that old. So total...

Thanks guys! Thanks for your good wishes. My letter was dated Oct 15th and it was postmarked Oct 16th. Some people received the letters without date on them, but mine was written right below my file number on the first page of the total 4-page documents. They also made sure to include a page for...

Breaking News! The PPR is here. The wait is over. Detail to follow tonight or tomorrow. Thanks to all of you in this forum and thanks to the CIC NY office also. (Just called home and asked my wife to check the mail and the brown envelope was waiting for us.)

cchabert, Congratulations! That's wonderful. Hopefully, I will be the next one, but I doubt it. I feel like there is something really wrong with my case. I have never heard anybody having to wait more than 2 weeks after the "medical results have been received" message shows up on eCAS.

No PPR and no eCAS update. This is the first place I will announce if I receive my PPR. I am also not sure if there is anything else they would add on the eCAS status other than "decision made", which does not happen until thep put the visa stamp in the passport. My 90 days will be October...

HOW LONG AFTER MEDICALS DONE AND PP SUBMITTED

Rhino2008, It sounds like things are going great for you as far it goes to the AINP process. I thought you were in the US on H1B and you applied through AINP US Visa Category and went home when you lost your job or something like that. Or were you always in Alberta? If you were always in...

    Any landings?

I am sure Rocking Vibes will answer you, but I just wanted to say something too. He is a permanent resident of Canada and he is free to come and go. You do not have to have a PR card to be able to travel. You have other documents that tell the border people that you are a Canadian PR.

Congrats DNA! I am very happy for you. I wish you all the best in the UK. Please check back here once in a while, so we know your progress in the UK and may be you can give us some advice on if we should purse the UK route and job market in the UK. I have been waiting for my PPR too (but not...

There is a medical history form that every person needs to fill out asks questions that pretty much cover everything about the past medical history of that person. But it is up to you how much you want to disclose or keep a secret. Some people tell everything and some people do not tell...

Thanks Venky. I hope I am going to be the next one to receive the PPR. But I am having hard time understanding what is that stopping them from sending me the PPR. I searched and there are a lot of forums talk about this and every single person has said that once "medical results have been...

Rocking vibes, Thanks for posting your experience. It was very informative. Glad to know that it went well. I would have to do the same thing as you did, but I will go to Alberta as the Province of Alberta is the closest province from where I live (If I receive my PPR). I also have expired...

PAP SMEAR was not needed for my wife either. Doctor and nurse never mentioned it and they never asked anything related to that. I think it is needed for a female who is over 35 years old. But I am not certain about the age. Mostly likely your wife do not need it, but your doctor may require it...

Thanks Despo and Tapak for good wishes for my baby. We had a wonderful birthday party last night. At least I was not thinking about PPR for few hours. Harry, I looked at the Danish site for a little bit and even though they say "green card", it was not the green card we think of (in the US)...

Ok guys, this is regarding my earlier post that I thought could be a PPR. It turns out that it was NOT. It was a surprised birthday gift for my daughter (today is her birthday) sent by a family we knew in Illinois. We did not know they knew her birthday. I am happy she got a gift, but I still...

Despo, As far as I know the passport request will not come until your eCas shows that "medical results have been received". I also think that the NY office stopped accepting hand delivered passports. Even they accept, it would take one week for them to give the passport back. If the passport...

As far as I know the mail delivery person has not come yet. I am at work and I will not be able to check until I get home this evening, unless he/she decides to deliver it at my home then my wife will call me and let me know.
