    if you don't have manitoba license you r not eligible for 100 points，I think u r right on that. They don't consider nurse doctor and teacher in the first draw. No one knows if they will make change in the future. all the best to u！

    untill 19th May，there were 5506 applications in eoi pool，good news is much less than we thought and I think around 1500 cases are fault or for testing or occupations not eligible.

    an agent told me that even friend lives outside of Winnipeg still hard for applicant to get that 50 points, unless family members live outside of the capital city. is it true? anyone with experience in the situation? thanks
