All, Has anyone got a residency Questionarie - RQ (e.g. PR residency determination investigation) as a result of his PR card renewal application? if so, can you kindly share what documents requested? your experience with the process and timeline? thanks alot

there is no official information for second review - they say every case is different. My statement is based on my personal experience :-)

secondary review can take up to 6 months and may end up transferring the whole case to the local office....

hi which CIC office is asking for the interview? my understanding is that when they still can not take a decision based on documents, they will call for interview. They check CBSA records versus what you declared - did u have any discrepancy? did u include all air tickets for all trips...

but if they already start a RQ and a residency determination investigation as a result of the PR card application, i guess it will be hard to withdraw the PR application at this stage as they already initiated investigation - correct? with investigation, they are not investigating the PR...

thanks all for answers I guess even if first application is short of dates, they won;t usually issue removal order or start the process without sending a RQ or ask for interview - correct? i assume if they issue something like this, they would have notified the person upfront - correct...
