Where to get cheap photo?

If I don't include payments receipt can I send it later once application being processed? I need time to accumulate money. PS no hokey for the kids this year, thanks JustinTrudeau.

I think we all(4 voters) will accumulate money gradually and apply, because of a single reason to vote against the current liberal government that complained about increasing fees when conservatives raised them, but kept fees unchanged after gotten elected.

Friends of mine applied in 2013-14 under old rules. Paid $100 dollars and got their certificate in 12 months. Now we must pay five time more $630. Interested only in real experience. From application to the actual passport time frame? Thanks.

Well they increased fees from $120 in 2013 to $630 now, and promised fast processing. That seems not the case. 12 month was back in 2013 and now the same speed.

Is there any chance fees can be reduced from current $630 back to 2013 levels of $120 ?
