I don't know why they keep people waiting for more then 8 months. If there is any rejection occurs they should let us know immediately instead of waiting us for more then 8 months. As far as i know the more you wait there is a high chances of getting the PR, but now it seems even the rejection...

If someone's file is transferred to the local visa office does it mean that there is a flag or notes in the application?? Is that something that I should worry about.

Even my application is processing in Vancouver. My AOR is on FEB. I dont know how long will it take?? Do you know anyone who got PR and their file processed in Vancouver.

Did anybody receive PR whose visa office is in Vancouver and AOR on FEB? The reason is most of the people who got PR are mostly processed in ottawa and montreal office. I didnot find any people who got PR and their file processed in Vancouver.
