Hi Prayas, The completeness check happens 4-5 weeks before the application gets charged. In case the application is not complete like signature/form missing etc. the application is returned else it goes to the next step for Eligibility Review. Hope that clarifies. Cheers, Vick

I am not sure why the CIC has become so slow in processing the apps? They were going at an amazing pace till june applicants and all of a sudden :(:( I really hope that they are back on track with the same pace as they were working before.
