Zeeshan; no it's not change of Visa officer. SJM is programme Assisstant, not VO. In my case, i applied for first CAIPS in Aug 2012. All comments, like PSDEC, SELDEC & Total points etc had been added by "AMR". Not sure, if Mubashir Ali had similar observations in his CAIPS.

Boss, i have been receiving the same responses from my Programme Assistant (SJM) for past many months. Does not have to do anything with visa quota. BG checks are BG checks & no body knows what is their completion criteria or timeline. Also, Just now once again received same reply in response...

Almsot after a month, received reply of CSI: "Pleased to announce that.............................BG checks are Stilllllllllllllllllll in Progress.............:(..:(..:("
