Jot , confirm with your doctor the method of send your MR , and if he/she has sent through courier get the tracking number. I knew mine were received through the tracking number but no reaction from the CIO or any updates yet :(

no just one application number and shows the candidate name on the e-cas. on the other hand every family member has a UCI shown on the MR with the same Application number.
