i answered "yes". because i previously applied and granted a trv to work here in canada. i think "no" is for those applicants who are not currently here in canada and appying to become a permanent resident. i would say dont worry too much about it. :-)

i think you can call ainp office when its beyond the processing times. Cause when i called them to make a follow-up on my application, they told me to call them back on my 11th month. Luckily, i recieved their letter before that. :-) goodluck fellows!
