Yes it was transferred from LVO to Shanghai VO on about 15 or 16 Feb.

Today my "Application Received" status changed to "In Process" after a month. and the information I know about my application that its in Shanghai VO.

My application has been in "Application Received" since 15th Feb 2021. still no update

mine too, 21 Jan 2021 transferred to LVO and in mid of Feb 2021 it transferred again from LVO to Shangai VO and still in Application Received.
