Just update CIC with your new address. QC is still Canada so you can live anywhere you want. Their application process is different but since you got your PR it doesn't matter at this point.

No problem. They go by Canada Border Security Agency (CBSA) info on your travels, they have dates when you left and entered Canada.

No one ever asked to translate, it is not mentioned anywhere. I've been to 30 countries with 20 different languages with this passport and no one ever asked for translation.

Technically yes, as it it counted as 0.5 day per day towards eligibility. But it wouldn't affect me in any way as the maximum presence bonus as a temp res is 1 year (and I've been here as a temp res for 5 years, so it translates to 2.5 year of presence - 3 weeks which I left for = still over 1...

No need. My filters are set perfectly. And I did get the test email. I'm saying that ECAS was not updated the day I got the test email. It has been updated either the next day or yesterday, as it's been 2 days since the email.

Looks like an advertisement. Why would you need to practice for that test at all anyway? Only an imbecile wouldn't pass it after looking through the book once or twice.
