Hello @legalfalcon , I have the same kind of question, I applied for FSW (inland) with a certain NOC, then I found my first job in Canada in different (but closely related) NOC so I did not claim points for this. If I understand well, it means that if I have a new job, but still not for the Noc...

FSW inland waiting for 22 months. Received my GCMS notes. I saw that my medicals were extended this year and they updated my current work permit. Except for this, nothing has been touched since January 2020. Nothing is passed. Security not even started.

I am a FSW inland (since the beginning) waiting for 22 months and counting. Either I am extremely unlucky, but nothing is wrong with my application as per GCMS, or this is a coincidence.

I am waiting my notes ordered this summer. Last time I checked was around may 2021 and nothing was touched since January 2020. Only "eligibility met".

I admit that even if they gave me a scary timeline like "your application should be processed at the end of next year" it would be sufficient to calm me down. Just communication.

No big issues, just impossible to get a loan to buy an apartment for example, impossible to know if I will still be able to work and live in Canada next year depending because I have to renew my BOWP, impossible to invest in Canada (what's the point if I won't be here next year?) in terms of...

Stop saying that only outlands are not processed. I am inland, 22 months and counting.
