In my case they electronically updated my ecas, adding a line in which says "Your file was transferred to local office". So basically it is the next step after processing line.

without hyphen,only numbers, and choose client ID. If it is not working it might also mean that they have not yet created a file for you.

Simply use the number on your PR card, which is the same as your client ID card on your landing paper. That works for me.

Exact opposite happened to me! At first my status was "Your file was transferred to local office on Dec 30". Today the same status is there however "local office" was changed to "Guy-Favreau".

I am in the same boat as you guys! My file was transferred to Guy-Favreau office on Dec 30st. Let me know if you hear anything regarding test date. Do you have any estimation for that?

As of today my status on ecas also changed to "Your file was transferred to the Citizenship Guy-Favreau office". Till yesterday it was "local office" instead of "Guy-Favreau office". Anyone here received test date from "Guy-Favreau office" recently?

I just called CIC and confirmed: The citizenship calculator will remain the same till July 2015 (so it is 3/5 and pre-PR time counts). Also the "intention to reside" part will be applied July 2015.
