I got the same error on my computer but it worked on my phone. It worked twice but reverted back to Gateway error on phone too.

Yes, I concur, there is no correlation between the 502 Bad Gateway and any change in application status. Unfortunately!

I was able to sign in during the day a couple of times but currently it gives me a Error 502 message as well.

In my case, the PA got an email about a message in GCKey account. After logging in GCKey account, was able to find Pre Arrival Letter under messages section. No change in ECAS.

When you say 'just received' was it at 11PM Indian time? Do they give out updates at these strange times?

Should I follow up with CBSA somehow or request notes from CBSA to see where I stand with respect to security clearance? Any idea how long it generally takes for security to be cleared?
