    QUEBEC APPLICANTS LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE

Check the official website. Every agency, even from overseas, must register with Canadian government. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/rep-who.asp If they are not authorized, don't use them. Even if you feel you need assistance, try to do it yourself first. Maybe ask here...

You can do it yourself. IMO it is not worth paying anyone to do it for you. Your app will not get any special treatment or anything. Hope that helps. :)

hey. congrats! What about professions, which are not regulated? If you got the AOR before filing eligibility letter from the Order, that's probably why it did not mention priority. Btw. here is the list of professions governed by a professional order...

The Ukrainian guy supplied TEFAQ result though. I didn't know he already received his CSQ, so good for him. The wording in AOR should happen, if it didn't happen the best indication is the waiting time. If it's been almost a year I doubt you're a priority.

I read about it in their official document and I know one person, who got priority and her AOR had such wording. Moreover, she got processed in a matter of months...

If you are to receive priority, it should say so on your AOR. I think French is a part of priority, there is a cutoff score IMO.

You should get priority, however, if you don't include French, you see what happens... Does your AOR indicate in any way that you shall receive priority?

I am not deciding so I can't say for sure, but from what you are saying you should get 16 points for AOT. Have you worked full time? If so, you should get the points for work experience as well :-) hope that helps! :)

Well, what can I tell... Boost your French to B2 at least and see where you can get more points, if you need any. At least it will get you to Selection Interview. In general I have no problem they change AOTs, but they should probably do it more sensitively. It's been said enough I guess... :)

I am sorry to hear that. I haven't called them myself. You are saying you don't understand the French options? Can you perhaps get someone to help you with it and then you can try talking to the agent(representative) in English. Or, there should always be an option (because some people have old...

They accepted their application. That's good news. New or old rules, who knows. But probably new since the change is retroactive. hope that helps

I don't believe it's valid. I have my own experience. Before they send AOR they count your points and can reassign your AOT and they usually don't tell you. You will just get your AOR and if you are priority it should say so. With 12 you should be priority so they should let you know I suppose.

Have you noticed the retroactive change of rules? Anyways, to answer your question, TEFAQ is one exam for everyone. You will get points, which convert to levels (e.g. A2). Your tutors are probably talking about DELF. Hope it's clear now.
