Our timeline is on my profile. Feel free to enter it - I barely get on my computer these days and editing from the phone is a pain

Wow, they are getting close! (We are Feb 1 applicants.) Anyway, I don’t believe it should be very long at all until they request your passport. Seems like once they start sending stuff like that out you are near the end. I’m really curious because most of the people from 2017 who have been...

That sounds exciting! Please, what date was your application received by CIC (I think you said January, just wondering if it’s close to beginning or end)?

ITA- Invitation to Apply? - that will be Express Entry then, not spousal sponsorship. Wrong thread. Also I think when passport is submitted, it goes elsewhere and pickup mail timeline might be different?

Spousal sponsorship is when one spouse who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident sponsors the other spouse who is not. If neither of you are at least permanent resident of Canada, you cannot immigrate by spousal sponsorship.

“In queue for review” - well I sure hope they have started doing something with it so that they can get it done within their 12 month timeline! And... if they do get it done in that timeline then clearly it doesn’t actually take them that much time to review (if they haven’t started by now). But...

I was going to say the same - if they are making a refund, does that mean the application is rejected? But doesn’t make sense that they would have already asked for medical if that was the case, and also not make contact with any concerns they have about the application... if they are indeed...
