Hi, I want to ask for PhD graduates do they need IELTS to apply for CIC after getting nominated.

Now I just need to know if I applied initially on 29/09 and application was returned to complete documents which I did and sent back reached CIC 23/12 with all other forms signed from September so will they return for cap reached on December. Please help!!???!

Hi, My case same like you I have my application returned on 12/12 and it was initially submitted on 23/09 but they asked to fill the main application with all dependts and see and it back so shouldn't they consider the initial submission time.my guess they just stopped processing the PhD...

Hi , Please do anyone have information why they stopped charging PhD applicants after Feb 4th however no information about cap being filled.

We just sent hard copies of same email asking for application status and sent for addresses of Sydney office

Hi, We sent inquiry email and two letters mailed to the addresses of intake office in Sydney hopefully will get positive reply.

They reported overall cap reached for other Nocs that applied in December and most application returned on March 6th but they didn't mention when.Please try to call CIC and get updates I will try aswel.

Hi, How the NOC capped on October and they sent it to me 1/12/2014 just ask to complete document and resubmit it again with no saying about cap,and on CIC web site it sowed only 227from500 on end of November.

Please any one no if PhD stream 2014 capped .Is any one received returned package for this reason. Thanks

Hello, We have applied for PhD stream category on 23/12/2014. But no process in this stream since December 1st.I have some questions please. 1-Can I apply to Ontario PNP and my application still in FSW2014? 2_If I got nominated I should apply to CIC ,but should I need to take IETS test. Thanks

I think we should wait and see.my friend applied late June and got charged mid of October silo they did take time in processing.it is just really frustrated long wait with no updates.

I just hope they process it as returned application as it was initially received on 29/09

Thanks alot for replying,in may case I applied initailly end of september and got applacion back dur to not putting all dependents in main application on 12/12 and sent back ,ut reached there 23/12 and I am not sure how they will process it ,hopfully th noc not capped,other early december...

How it can be capped and there were only 227 by mid of November as last update from citizen office
