Same here, no letter/email yet receive. Im under CIC agency also(Cebu). We went to post office(Minglanilla) yesterday, they cant give us our letter kasi maraming letters pa daw ang pending and not yet been deliver because they dont have postman(What the F), and tell us they will contact us ASAP...
