godzilla, I think you have to send an explicit request (A scanned copy of your Medical File through email or post) to cic to consider this Medical file number, otherwise they may generate a new Medical File for your File. If you get any update please share. Thanks

Check out July 2012 applications thread, 1st July applicant got MR, so with this trend August applicants should start getting it by April end!
