    Just keep calling, hang up when they tell you they are not taking calls and call again. I have to do it over and over for about 10-15 minutes but I usually get through. They WILL hang it up after an hour or so though - but I have nothing but time on my hands...so.

    My understanding is you have to fully resubmit as an inland applicant. With the Open Work Permit, and the potential for another year of waiting, it might be worth it. I am in the same boat, about to be coming in the next 60 days. Honestly, it might even be better to wait until the new year...
