anybody sent documents in march? Mine reached on 17th march, i got email on 6 august stating they received documents but website still shows document not received. Now they are not replying to emails.

My documents reached on 17th march. No updates after that. I go an email very late stating transcripts are received. (2 weeks old email) The website still shows transcripts not received. I have no idea whats going on.
