Yes for both. People are receiving MR and PPR from Sydney only at the moment.

Doesn't matter Inlander or Outlander. Primary office does the main tasks for all.

Primary Office issue MEDICAL and PPR.

Has anyone received MR from NDVO so far? Ottawa is in action mode and releasing lots of PPR.
