Yes background check is under progress, but I think it was always under progress even before I got medical passed. Did you get biometrics request? I saw medical passed few hours before I got the email saying update to the application status- Luckywz

AOR Feb 14th Medical Passed - April 2nd . Status tracker is back. No Biometrics request .Not sure if its normal? I am from India, visited Canada 3 years ago. Wife and 2 kids on my application- Luckywz
