I received a ghost email before my eCAS was activated. Maybe you too have an access now.

No, nothing to worry about. Also, cross-check whether your MyCIC Dashboard and eCAS are in sync. I've seen eCAS saying Medicals Received, while MyCIC Account saying Medicals Passed.

I think you are talking about the Street Number. Well, I'll give you an example, and I hope it helps you. Suppose, your address is: Apartment B, 221, Baker Street, London. In that case, you enter your street number as 221. Or if your address is Flat 23, Plot No. 9, M.G Road, XYZ State etc...
