Hi, I just checked ECAS, it shows decision made under Sponsor approval. However, my husband never received an email or letter. What does it mean? Does it mean they are just waiting for my medicals and after that I will get the PR.

ECAS doesnt show anything for both of us - Sponsor and me. It just says for sponsor that application started processing on Oct 17th. For me it says that medical instruction were sent.
