As pointed out above, with an Outland Application, you are not eligible for an open work permit. There is nothing stopping her to get a work permit via an employer or something of the sort, though it is somewhat unlikely.

We shipped all the paperwork required - so passport photocopy, photos, exhibit A, VFS consent form, payment, etc - on friday ! Now, I guess we hope we did all correctly and get CoPR soon :D What a hell of a ride its been...and when I say hell, I truly mean this was hell haha

So, me again with some odd question - so I have the bank details to do a bank transfer for the package transmission fees. Am I to understand we also need to add a proof of payment for those to the package when we send it ? how does it work ? does VFS send a confirmation ?

Sadly, we didn't. We submitted in the Netherlands, but since we're in Finland now, the closest VAC is the Finnish one. At this point, I'll pay what needs to be paid.

So, not a 100% sure honestly, but the direction for the passport photo does say that it needs to reflect your current appearance, taken within the last 6 months and asks for the date on at least one of the photos, so I'm assuming it might be an issue if they aren't within the last 6 months.
