I think so, you would need to compare duties not titles.

In that 3 months it was only change in eligibility, my criminality is in progress since July 16 :(:( Anyways, I am hoping that something will kick in there shortly and all cases will see progress.

Thanks for your reply, I've emailed them about my notes and they replied that they will prioritize them, so i am expecting them next week. The thing is I don't think it will show me Criminality as passed if it's still in progress. We shall see, probably next week.

Yes I did that on my LMiA with my spouse, we both went back home and came back. Officer looked at us and you can tell that he thought "this is different" so he asked where we work and then we went. I bet this is just because most people would stay in Canada till solid PR.
