I tried using the ECAS service on CIC's website. However, it does not work. I managed to get the UCI number and the Application Number on Phone. Calling CIC redirects you to various options. I chose Permanent Resident.... and entered my UCI number using telephone key pad. This automated system...

Is having UCI a positive sign? I managed to get my UCI from the CIC on phone. The lady told me that she can see my application in the database but has no information to share with. She only told me that my file was received on May 17th. Pls evaluate my case and reply what exactly my stage be?
