Thanks for sharing. IRCC will not reply immediately. They usually reply after 10-15 days. It is not a good idea to submit multiple webforms one after another.

New Delhi Visa Office had posted below on their facebook page on 29th March (https://m.facebook.com/notes/canada-in-india-high-commission-of-canada/travel-and-visa-advisory-covid-19/3087838001268813/) and same they are replying to folks raising webforms. This communication is quite comforting...

Even I got the same reply for the webform which I had submitted on 3rd April ....message is clear: IRCC is monitoring the situation and will let us know. We should be patient and not submit multiple webforms.

I think you can wait....let's hope by 31st May things become better...and also in coming weeks we should get clarity on how IRCC is handling COPRs that have expired. Personally, I value safety more than migration

Your COPR expires 5-6 months down the line..and things should settle down by that time...so you shouldn't submit webform

You can't choose offices in Canada once you select No. And when submitting webform there is a message stating if impacted by Covid-19 ...choose "No" as the answer for whether your application is being processed outside Canada...also right now offices would have been bombarded with wedforms..so...

In coming days, it will be clear whether India or which Indian states or cities are extending lock down and till what date. Once that is officially declared you can raise the webform citing official lockdown orders and also stating your in-ability to travel. I guess attaching proofs and citing...

Personally, I think all of us are getting too impatient.......which is quite normal.....we should get extension considering the magnitude of crisis.....and refrain from submitting multiple webforms. As far as communication that is coming out from IRCC 1. Already they posted on their website few...

If you go to Air India website, they are not taking bookings for the month of April, so not sure how did you book. If you booked using agent or travel aggregators such as Makemytrip, Yatra etc....better confirm your booking with them

You can raise webform yourself provided you know your application number

You may consider following things 1. Wait for few weeks provided if as per your assessment things will improve in your country in few weeks. 2. Are you travelling alone or with family? Not sure whether IRCC will consider health concern a valid reason....but based on information they have put on...
