PGR is Mexican police certificate. RCMP is the Canadian one. The applicant should provide police certificates from the countries where he/she has lived for a time longer than six months after 18 years old. If this apply to your case you would need to send both

I got PGR letter on December 2nd, after 3 weeks I got AOR. The Embassy got it Dec 27th.

My Ecas change in December after I got PGR letter, it change to "in process" It said they started processing my app Nov 19th No other change for now. I still not believe it's almost over, I say almost because it's going to be over when I have my passport back with the visa :D

It took like 4 weeks for me to get the letter and I sent the waybill too.
