Yes.. I am paper based applicant. I got medical quick, but waiting from last 5 months for PPR.

After AOR, i got MR after exact one month. They give us 30 days to complete Medical.

Have you mention that your mail is not working in NDVO CSE and CIC CSE? It is better to inform them why you not send it via mail.
