IF she has 450+ points in Express entry, why waste time sponsoring her? The usual cutoff has been around 430~440, she will be called immediatly to PR. To Sponsor someone takes up to 10~12 months, not worth it. (plus, she will get extra points for having someone already in Canada) Cheers!
