You are not alone. The reason for the delay is the Eligibility that is under review. The case analyst most times will recommend "review required" for eligibility which many a times will end up leaving the file unattended to. The file enters a waiting queue which even the agents themselves cannot...

I mean you should relax. Expect your passport to be returned in no distant time. Give it two weeks at least judging by the trend. Although other people reported that theirs lasted more than two weeks, but the two weeks seems to be the average turnaround time.

Most people got back their Passports in two weeks. Yours can be returned to you before then.

"Where your treasure is there will your heart be also." The waiting game continues; the suspense, the intrigue, and whatnot. It is hard to remove the mind because of the truth above. May this week be good to everyone.

Seeing that there is nothing we can do on our part that will speed up the process, as advised by them, let's continue to wait. The wait can be stressful especially when it is perceived that one is kept in the dark; not knowing the real status of their application whereas new entrants are getting...

This is a peculiar case. Wish you had contacted IRCC in writing at least you will have a proper evidence to show. And what do they mean my "recognized institution"? Does it mean that the masters program is not accredited? How about you try another credentials assessment body, but try to find out...

But you just cannot take the agents opinion and run with it. IRCC has designated bodies for credential evaluation reason why we are advised to wait for the outcome of the evaluation report before submitting our applications. Now I want to believe that the agency that evaluated your masters...

Exactly my thought too. @comet7700, I want to believe that you have your ECA Pre ITA. If yes, then I see no reason why should worry unless what's stated on your ECA report is not equivalent to a Masters degree in Canada for which you gained FSW Points.

Post e-APR Process and Common Reasons for Rejection

Hi BillHyatt. With reference to the bolded, I've seen a GCMS Notes where CIO rated an applicants eligibility as passed/met and later transfered the file to CPC due to workload distribution. But the Case Analyst recommendation at CPC says review required. How will that be explained with reference...
