Not sure if i should have my wife pass a language test ! i'm at 418 now ! wife didn't pass any language test (she's not very strong in languages)

So people will panic and increase their crs ..which would drive the cuttoff even further ..that's so saad!

Does the CRS tie rule mean someone 4 pts above the threshold might not get an ITA ? in this all people with a lower score than this person would not get ITA either eventhough above the threshold ! Or is this tie thing only about people falling right at the cutoff score ?

My parents in law are about to send me a wire from their account ! the thing is they are cash savers not big on using banks ! so what kind of verification would potentialy CIC ask me to show apart from the gift deed ! would they require bank history of my parents in law as well ? in that case...

So i just contacted the notary ! and she said she doesn't do donations of cash but only goods ! I checked with the comune they said i should check with a notary ! i'm stuck i guess ! I have in parallel a company acount but i don't think this would be valid as POF since i don't have total...

Guys in the case of Gift Deed with affidavit , it doesn't matter if the amount is historicaly not there since 6 months ? for both OINP and PR application
