Congratulations ! I've seen a story about someone who just took the chance and went. Got in no issues he said, but yes travel restrictions apply. I tried raising a web form myself but nothing except a generic response. Now they're not accepting any RTT web form even from expired COPR holders...

Hi Jaison, I'm currently resident in Qatar but as far as I know you if you're outside Qatar, you either have someone to apply for you physically CID or I believe you can request it from Qatar embassy. Have you tried contacting the embassy ?

Hi Peter, I got a PCC from Qatar and it's correct. They only issue "Outside of Country" type of PCC and it will be directed to your country's embassy. Didn't have an issue with IRCC on this one, I think they're aware of this type of PCC All the best...

Whats the issue date of your COPR ? It should ve written somewhere on it. If it's issued before March 18 then perhaps you are right ! But even if not, still a good sign actually. Did they ask for anything else apart from your current address?

Why do you think it would be a problem ? It might actually help if you can provide evidence that you sold your house with the intention to relocate to Canada...

You can upload multiple files in the web form up to a total of 3 MBs I believe. If you exceed the limit, submit another web form with remaining files. I did that once and it went fine.
