Oh I didn't know that your were an inland applicant. The IEC option for WP works for outland applicants. I don't know what will work in your case. I suppose you'll be able to link your PR application once you receive your AOR.

You can link it online through GC Key under International Experience Canada category. I was able to link mine under the same. A friend who had applied from India on 5th April got his WP stamped on his passport today. So you'll soon get yours too
