That's the mistake I did. I did not pay RPRF upfront otherwise I would not have gone through this hassle. I'm assuming my application was on the road to approval in April and hit a road block and no one has touched it ever since.

AOR is 16th of March, 2018.

I think that is exactly the case with me. I emailed the Embassy in Vienna last month and they replied back with: Your application is still under progress and we can’t give you a timeframe. August 16th will mark 5 months PS: What's a CSE
