Nobody has responded for this. I submitted webform specific to Bangalore IRCC office and received re-submit passportrequest email by next day. Submitted my passport with correction details under “Visa correction” category at VFS centre, Chennai.

I got visa stamped with misspelled Surname. Could someone advise how to reach IRCC to get it corrected and re-printed with correct name. Applied from India and received stamped passport this morning.

From Chennai chosen two way courier and paid Rs.1118. [Courier fee Rs.608.00 + Package transmission Rs.510.00]
