Hi Can understand ur frustation Usually if everything is fine, u gave enough supporting docs regarding ur job then people get medical in 10 dsys after processing started If no medical in 10-15 days then they need verification Verification takes time, not specified how much!! Plus every VO have...

dont worry about second line....we have seen many people get medical email before second line update.... u can send inquiry emal to NDVO to confirm... all the best
