You have to do it via BLS if you are currently in Canada . Call BLS services and they will guide you . You don’t have to go there. You can either mail it or do courier .

No need of pof. They are not asking for it . Only submit what is being asked on the checklist. Include explanation letter and supporting documents only if you are missing any of the required documents

Same here . I did bio last year for work permit . But I still paid biometric fees . Before COVID , bio for work permit or study permit or visitor visa didn’t apply for PR application . But because of COVID , I think there’s an exemption . But still I paid the fees so that there’s no extra delays...

Print it before signing . Then sign with black ink . Black is standard, coz it’s written in few other form that either type or print with black ink . So I followed that same Instruction

Ya . Colour or print is fine. They say the need originals of this form because , after printing you have to sign it with black ink . You can’t sign it , then send them a photo copy of the signed form .
