Dear Seniors, Ask ko lang po opinions nyo, sa palagay nyo, bakit po yung mga Sept and prior PERs, in one months time, may MR na. Pero yung mga Oct onwards na PERs, more than a month na, wala pa rin? Oct 7 PER po here.. thanks!
