Are they still processing september visas? I've applied for january intake now. I deferred my admission from sept to january due to delay from getting GIC certificate. Whats the current scenario... are sept applicant still getting visas or have they started processing jan intake files?

6 bands are less but i have seen ppl getting visa with 6 bands and also seen many getting rejected. I doubt about masters but u may try for post graduate diploma, few colleges accept 6 bands like fleming etc. If u think u still have time, give ielts once again. But thats just an advice though...

Its illegal just like selling drugs is illegal and driving without licence is illegal. You can do it no doubt, its good as long as u dont get caught.
