yes...it happened to me too.. Application submitted 7 oct 19 ADR 20 Oct 19..(without change in status) Submitted 28 Oct 19.. Application in process...waiting for nomination now..

Yes...they very well accept it..and you have to ensure that you maintain these funds till you get PPR.
