I do not think so a letter from your coworkers works in this situation. You should talk with your employer to issue you a new letter. One question: when did you order a note and when did you receive it? I did order on 7th of August but I have not received it yet.

My case is the same as you. My criminality and medical passed and CIC agent told me that my eligibility met. And then somehow they asked for my CV.

There is nothing wrong with ordering the note. I highly recommend to order and see what is the actual status of your application.
