The VO can verify the contents of your application at anytime before the issue of visa. But after getting medical and passport request, the chances are very rare. So don't worry, if your case is genuine, go ahead for medical check. You will definitely get the visa.

Vancuber is great city to live but the job opportunity are very rare there. Toronto is also good and has good job market. So you can decide where to go.

No VO does not conduct inquiry in every case.It is their discretion. There is no standard. They usually do it when they have some doubts during scrutiny of your application and annexed documents. So be careful, don't sent any wrong, confusing documents to embassy as they are very expert.

TO SG, Sg, my visa issue date is 13/05/2010 and its expiry date is 20/11/2010 (that is date of my medical). I think you will get VISA very soon because your medical validity period is going to expire in Dec 21, 2010. Thanks again
