there are many whose applications are approved and still haven't received ppr yet. so u need not worry. Also IRCC dash board never show proper updates.

They are not reachable these days. I have tried couple of times but was not successful to reach any agent. Guess due to heavy flow of calls. And I dont think there is another no to reach IRCC.
