October people even? That would already be over the 18 months right? At this point I just hope they keep their word and do it in the promised time because my Nomination took 10 months to be issued (they claim 90 days).

Jan 19th, still waiting.

Counting the time of my nomination (at a cost of 1500) plus the PR Process I will have waited for 28 months. CBC needs to run stories on some of us. lol

I don't think any of us can take any more waiting. Hopefully all of us January folk will get our PRs soon in a big batch, I can't help but to refresh my email 50 times a day.

Any January applicants got PPR recently?

This has never made any sense to me, refugees, spouses and etc get little to no screening and much faster processing times while they make people with Master's and PhDs degrees (earned in Canada) go first through the long step to get a Nomination (10 months in my case) then live in waiting hell...

Same here, nothing yet. Very frustrating to have this extra delay, hopefully once Medical passes it'll be over soon.

Nothing here either. I also called them last week and they could give no estimate of how much longer this mistake would add to the processing time. They don't seem to care or be rushing to make up for the additional stress this caused a lot of people. It's just mind-boggling it took them a full...

You are seriously lucky my friend, I applied in January of 2017 and my medical still hasn't passed, congrats!

As someone else mentioned it will likely take the full 18 months, they are ridiculously slow. My advice is just move on with your life and don't think about it, it'll arrive one day.

That really gives me hope that once Medical is done it's a speedy final stretch, congratulations!!

To those that are still waiting for the MR I wouldn't worry too much, they seem to send these out in batches and not individually.

I would also love to know this, what are the next steps and how long they've been taking on average based on people that recently got the PPR. Cheers!

Any other January applicants got their MR? I'm Jan 19th, AOR March 19th and nothing yet, hoping the PPR comes faster after that.
