Will share our experience here in AUH...just bring ur original passport (w/ photocopy) and emirates ID and 1 passport size picture to any police HQ in ur place...as for NBI clearance, u have to ask a form from Phil Embassy and have ur finger printing also sa police HQ. U have to buy an Ecard for...
