There are always some lucky guys who get lightning speed approval. Some July 2021 PNP got PPR. But according to my observation, most late 2020 and early 2021 FSW are either stuck in eligibility not started or criminality not started, depending on the specific VO. For post-Nov 2020 applications...

That means your medical assessment has expired. Only GCMS notes can tell you whether it is actually extended.

I suppose overseas local VOs don’t process inland CEC cases. And most outlanders’ files are stuck at these local VOs. Another sign they just don’t want to work.

I don’t even think IRCC cares about the annual target as some consider it to be the reason why it doesn’t process outland cases. I think they just really enjoy the work load during covid lockdowns and don’t wanna get back to pre covid working mode. What else could explain why they don’t issue...
