hi...i tried many times it was not uploading..so searched in the forum and submitted in this way....i filled the form scanned it and attached it in client information section along with other documents....i got thru the next pages and submitted my application...hope this helps...
when u did this did..were u able to submit the application and sign it electronically....and also did u get the barcodes when you validated this form...?

currently the processing time is 5 weeks...link ur application online...so u can check the updates...like if u have passed the medicals..etc...it gives u a piece of mind
